This service is specifically created to support the community leaders in the formation and foundation of creating a brand new community development project.

The heart and soul of this service is to offer a blueprint and guidelines on the ART of being human in community. The minimum contract duration for this service is 6-12 months.

This service is specifically designed for community leaders to gather online for council meetings to help leaders understand how they can build loyalty, strengthen identity and live out shared values. We will invite special guest experts such as indigenous elders and wayshowers in community building and development, relating, and conservation.

This online space invites an opportunity for community leaders to learn from each other, celebrate wins, progress and inspire one another to continue in the Spirit of goodness for community building. We also curate in-person retreat immersions every quarter at a different community location.
